The Garden

Seasonal Group Mentoring at The Rose Reflective

The Garden is a seasonal mentoring series for creatives who want to slow down, think clearly, and tend to their business with care.

Rather than ongoing, open-ended group coaching, The Garden is designed around natural seasons — because your capacity, needs, and focus change throughout the year.

Each season offers a contained, three-month arc with one intentional gathering per month. You can join for a full season or drop into individual calls when it fits.

This is not about constant growth.
It’s about thoughtful tending.

A Seasonal Approach to Mentoring

We begin new seasons on the first Monday of Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter.

Each season includes:

  • Three live group calls (one per month)

  • A clear seasonal theme

  • A defined beginning and ending

  • Space to reflect, recalibrate, and decide what comes next

You’re welcome to join one season, return for another, or attend a single session when you need perspective.

There is no pressure to stay forever.
There is no “falling behind.”

How Each Season Is Structured

Month One: Teaching & Reframing

We begin with a guided session where I offer context, language, and reframes around the season’s theme. This is not a lecture — it’s orientation. The goal is clarity, not instruction.

Month Two:
Case Study / Close Looking

One or two volunteers are gently workshopped. We look closely at what’s happening beneath the surface — systems, values, capacity, and tension — so the whole group can learn through shared observation.

Month Three:
Open Discussion, Q&A, & Integration

An open, guided conversation shaped by what’s present for the group. This is where insights settle, questions get answered, and final notes are gathered before the season closes.

THE SEASONS

  • What wants to grow?

3/23: Taking Inventory: What Feels Heavy, What Feels Alive
A guided reflection to notice misalignment, lingering burnout, and the parts of your work that still feel quietly sustaining.

4/20: Clearing the Beds: Where Systems No Longer Fit
A close look at real businesses to identify systems, expectations, or habits that no longer support current capacity or values.

5/18: Choosing What to Tend This Season
An open, integrative conversation to name what deserves care next — and what can be left alone for now.

  • 6/22: Being Seen Without Overexertion
A reframing of visibility, marketing, and growth through the lens of sustainability rather than performance.

7/20: Holding Fullness: When Business Is Busy (or Almost Is)
A case study session exploring how to stay regulated, supported, and grounded when demand increases.

8/24: Pacing, Boundaries, and Staying Regulated
An open discussion focused on maintaining clarity and nervous-system safety during full or fast-moving seasons.

  • 9/28: Listening to Resentment as Information
A teaching session on how irritation, fatigue, and resistance can reveal misalignment before burnout sets in.

10/19: Editing the Work: What No Longer Earns Its Keep
A close-looking case study to thoughtfully simplify offers, systems, or expectations without guilt or panic.

    11/23: Letting Go Without Guilt
An integrative conversation about releasing what no longer fits while honoring the work it once did.

  • 1/4: Rest as a Business Practice
A reframing of rest as a structural, values-led choice rather than a reward for productivity.

2/15: When Capacity Changes: Redesigning Without Starting Over
A case study on adapting a business through life changes, burnout, or shifting priorities without burning everything down.

3/22: Carrying Forward Only What Still Fits
A reflective closing session to integrate lessons from the season and decide what’s worth bringing into what comes next.

What The Garden Is — and Isn’t

The Garden is not:

  • A mastermind

  • A content subscription

  • A place for hustle or performance

  • A space where you’re expected to have answers

The Garden is:

  • Reflective, not reactive

  • Facilitated, not chaotic

  • Values-led and human

  • Designed around real capacity

I won’t tell you what to do.
I’ll help you see more clearly — so you can decide with confidence.

You’re not behind.
You’re not broken.
You’re just in a season that needs tending.

The Garden is here for that.
